This policy covers this website only. The local service websites we own and operate each publish their own privacy policy, and those describe a different flow, because those sites take service requests from homeowners and this one does not.

The enquiry form is hosted by our CRM provider, which stores the submission and emails it to us. This Site does not send text messages. There is no SMS consent checkbox on the form, and submitting it does not opt you in to messaging of any kind. It collects nothing beyond what is listed above.
